Only you know how long you want or need to support your equipment. One of the many benefits our customers enjoy is our flexible coverage terms. Some of our customers chose to cover their equipment for a few months, while others are covered for years. At Vnetek, you choose a term that works for your timeline.


Vnetek Support for Discontinued Products

Where do you turn after the OEM has ceased to manufacture and support IT equipment that you are still using in your network? Vnetek provides support, spares, Orbit-certified refurbished and repair for a wide variety of discontinued products.

As with our Custom Support Plan for Active Products, we will custom tailor your discontinued products support plan to meet your specific needs for any type of network installation, configuration, maintenance, support and coverage terms. Our Support Service Plans cannot be ordered online.
