Vnetek’s Customer may return product purchased from Vnetek based on Vnetek’s restocking fee schedule:

  • Unopened Original Packaging Restocking Fee = 0%
  • Opened Original Packaging Restocking Fee = 10%

16 – 30 Days

  • Unopened Original Packaging Restocking Fee = 10%
  • Opened Original Packaging Restocking Fee = 15%

31 – 60 Days

  • Unopened Original Packaging Restocking Fee = 25%
  • Opened Original Packaging Restocking Fee = 30%

61 – 90 Days

  • Unopened Original Packaging Restocking Fee = 50%
  • Opened Original Packaging Restocking Fee = 50%

91 – 120 Days

Unopened Original Packaging Restocking Fee = 75%

121 + Days

  • Unopened Original Packaging Restocking Fee = 100%
